Packed full of flavour and highly nutritious, Wildway celebrate these hidden flavours to bring a new dimension to cooking, excitement to the table and reinvention to your dish.
GROWING INNOVATION
From wild seed we are growing Marsh Samphire and Sea Aster while next year we will also harvest Salsola, Sea Beet and Sea Kale and this is just the beginning of an exciting culinary journey. By combining nature with innovation, our desire is to inspire a culinary appreciation for our hidden flavours and bring them to the table.
